eCustomPC 30-Day Money-back Guarantee
For any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it (in original unmodified condition) within 30 days of original invoice date for a refund (the original purchase price minus any applicable restocking fee (shipping charges are non-refundable)). At our discretion, there is an industry standard 15% restocking fee on any returned product. Opened Windows Operating System software is non-refundable.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
All custom built PCs are guaranteed against defects for (1-3) years from the original invoice date unless stated otherwise.

eCustomPC LLC shall, at its own expense and option, either repair or replace defective products during the warranty period provided that our technical staff has found them to be defective. We use new and refurbished parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and in building newly manufactured custom products. If a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued, we reserve the right to substitute the component for an equivalent component or offer an upgrade option. Any abuse, misuse, modification, or attempted modification of the product (except with prior written authorization from us permitting such modification or attempted modification) shall void this warranty. Labor during warranty period will be free of charge, however we reserve the right to charge fees for labor (minimum one hour) and diagnostics, shipping, handling, and insurance if it is determined by our technical staff that the product is not defective or the problem was caused by the user, change of configuration, or any modification of the product. We will not be held responsible for lost or deleted data/software, so please back up everything before returning for repair or replacement.
